A full assessment of the pool, its equipment and its water, delivered as a written report with photographs. Built for buyers, for pre-season checks, and for pools that keep going wrong without an obvious reason.

Regular service through the season: the water balanced to the numbers, the pool cleaned properly, and the equipment checked while I am there. You get a report after every visit.

Balanced against a full test panel every visit — not a test strip and a guess.
What's included
Chlorine, pH, alkalinity, calcium hardness, stabiliser and salt tested every visit, then corrected to target.
Surface skimmed, walls and steps brushed, floor vacuumed. Waterline kept clear of the oily band that becomes a stain.
Skimmer and pump baskets emptied, filter pressure logged, and backwashed or cleaned when the numbers say so rather than on a fixed schedule.
Pump, heater and salt cell looked over every week. Small problems get caught while they are still small.
Standard balancing chemicals are part of the visit. No surprise line items for a jug of acid.
Readings, what was done, and photographs of anything worth watching — sent the same day.
I look at the pool, its size and its equipment, and quote a flat weekly rate. No hourly surprises.
You get the same day each week so it is predictable. You do not need to be home.
The visit happens, the report lands in your inbox, and you can see exactly what your pool is doing.
No. All I need is access to the pool and the equipment pad. Most clients are at work when I come.
Standard balancing chemicals are included in the weekly rate. Larger corrective doses — after a heavy storm, or recovering a neglected pool — are quoted before I use them.
Most Okanagan pools run from the opening in May through to closing in September or early October. Weekly service is quoted for the season.
I diagnose and repair equipment myself, so in most cases it gets sorted without bringing in anyone else. You will hear from me with a quote before any work happens.
