Simply Swim is owner-operated. When you book, you get me — the same person every visit, who knows your pool, your equipment and what it did last season.
My background is mechanical and fabrication work, and plumbing. That matters more than it sounds: most pool service operators are excellent at cleaning a pool and have to call somebody else the moment a pump starts making a noise. I diagnose and fix that myself.
I am CPO certified, which means water chemistry gets handled against real numbers rather than a colour chart and a guess — and I carry liability insurance on every job.

Repairs done in-house
Most pool companies clean pools and refer every equipment problem to someone else. Pumps, filters, heaters and salt systems get diagnosed and fixed here — no second contractor, no waiting on a referral.
CPO certified
Certified Pool Operator training covers water chemistry, circulation and pool safety to a professional standard. Your water is balanced against the numbers, not a guess.
A written report every visit
After each service you get a digital report: readings taken, what was done, photos of anything that needs watching. You never have to wonder whether someone actually showed up.
