Sanitiser, pH and alkalinity corrected properly. A spa holds a fraction of a pool’s volume, so it swings much faster and needs a closer eye.
Drain and refill
Full drain, shell clean, filter clean or replacement, and refill balanced from the first fill.
Plumbing purge
Biofilm removed from the internal pipework — the reason a spa can smell wrong days after a fresh refill.
Filter service
Deep cleaning and replacement on a schedule that actually matches how hard the tub is used.
Repairs
Pumps, heaters, controllers, jets and leaks, diagnosed and repaired directly.

Usually a drain, clean, purge and refill so everything starts from a known baseline.

Common questions
How often should a hot tub be drained?
Every three to four months for typical use, sooner if it is used heavily. The volume is small enough that dissolved solids build up quickly no matter how well the chemistry is managed.
Do you service swim spas?
Yes — swim spas sit between a pool and a hot tub and need elements of both.
My tub smells even after a refill. Why?
Almost always biofilm in the internal plumbing, which a refill alone does not touch because it is not in the water you drained. It needs a purge before draining to actually clear.
Do you service hot tubs in winter?
Yes. Hot tubs are the service that runs year-round, and winter is when a failure matters most.
